BizSphere Privacy Statement
The types of Personal Data we collect about you depend on how you interact with us. “Personal Data” refers to data that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be associated with you. The following are categories and specific types of Personal Data we may collect about you.
1 . Data Usage & Model Training Policy
BizSphere does not use or train AI models on any data generated by Pro Tier members during the period in which they retain Pro Tier membership.
This agreement does not extend to:
Data generated before the initiation of Pro Tier membership.
Data generated after Pro Tier membership is terminated.
Non-Pro Tier user data may be used for model improvement, but we will never sell or share personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties.
2 . Data Security & Encryption
Encryption at Rest: All stored data for Pro Tier members is encrypted using AES-256.
Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between users and BizSphere’s platform is secured using TLS 1.3.
Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC): Only authorized personnel can access sensitive data, and all access is logged and monitored.
3 . Data Storage & Retention
Data provided by users is stored securely in isolated, tenant-specific environments. Users can request data deletion in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations. Upon Pro Tier membership termination, encryption protections remain in place, but data may no longer be exempt from future model training.
4 . Compliance & Legal Protections
BizSphere complies with SOC 2, GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant data security frameworks. All user data is stored in geographically controlled, compliant cloud environments.
5 . User Rights & Controls
Pro Tier members have full control over their data, including the ability to:
Delete stored information upon request.
Opt out of analytics tracking and non-essential data collection.
Review access logs and audit records.
Non-Pro Tier users may also exercise data rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

7 . Intellectual Property & Infringement
All content, prompts, and tools created on BizSphere remain the property of their respective creators. However, any aggregated and anonymized data used to enhance BizSphere’s services remains the property of BizSphere.
Unauthorized use of BizSphere’s intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, brand assets, proprietary tools, software, and algorithms, is strictly prohibited.
Users who submit content to BizSphere retain ownership of their intellectual property but grant BizSphere a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content for service-related functionalities. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please contact us with detailed information regarding the claim, and we will take appropriate action.
8 . Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All legal matters, including intellectual property disputes and contract enforcement, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Delaware.
